Billy Godleman, Derbyshire, has been a Silly Billy.
The ovine opener has been reported for a dangerous and inappropriate throw during the Derbyshire victory at Bristol and the incurred disciplinary points triggers an automatic two match ban.
Last season Godleman was involved in an altercation with Foxes' Ben Raine and the most recent penalty points are added to points received for that outburst.
After being handed a suspension by the ECB, Derbyshire gave the young Billy a contract extension - so expect no improvement in that one's behaviour, being given a mixed message!

Day 4 WEATHER DEFEATS TEAMS
On a rain ruined fourth day, only 58 balls were possible between the scheduled lunch and tea “breaks” and play was disappointingly abandoned at around 3.30pm. Notts never getting a real chance to push for a victory.
Nottinghamshire now have drawn all three championship fixtures in 2015. Former Nottinghamshire pair, Adam Voges (132) and James Franklin 115*, pulled off a dramatic 5 wicket win at Taunton, chasing down 405.
Elsewhere, also former Notts, Ajmal Shahzad, was on the losing side for the first since joining Sussex, with a 6 wicket defeat to Durham at Chester le Street. Shahzad however did have a good game again, taking 8 wickets in the match and is the leading wicket taker in Division 1 with 20 victims so far.

Ordsall Bridon v Nottinghamshire Academy
A fine day for Adam Tillcock against Ordsall Bridon for Notts Academy. 3/19 was followed by 97 but the game was abandoned for poor light with Academy 2 runs short of victory.
Aqab Ahmed grabbed a five-fer for the hosts, 4 of the wickets bowling his victim.
Caleb Mierkalns had a good game for Caythorpe at Plumtree where the visitors had a winning draw. Caleb Mierkalns 103*, 3/19 Josh Mierkalns 64. Caleb also ran out Hasan Azad (0). For the hosts, Australian Nathan Rimmington was taken for 2/53 and Bobby Gamble 1/73 as the Mierkalns ran riot.

Day 4
Notts battled out for a draw against Yorkshire at Trent Bridge today, both sides taking 11 points.
Will Gidman (13) lasted 40 minutes this morning and after narrowly escaping being run out, edged Patterson to Hodd behind the wicket. James Taylor, playing circumspectly, was joined by Samit Patel and the pair added 42 in 15 overs until Titch played a gormless shot to be caught at deep square leg by sub Ashraf for 35, Will Rhodes being the lucky bowler. Patel and Wessels lasted until lunch.

v Middlesex at Lord's LV= 2015 Report
Day 4
Disappointingly Nottinghamshire's bowlers couldn't dismiss the necessary remaining wickets on the flat Lord's deck.
In hindsight, Notts batted on too long and/or gave Middlesex no chance of winning by batting them out of the game. Wickets only fell when batsmen looked to score positively over the last couple of days and Middlesex didn't need to score runs, just occupy the crease.
On the plus side for Notts:
On the minus side:
Middlesex scoring 300/7 Notts take 10 points

On the plus side for Notts:
- Jake Ball with the new ball
- Brendan Taylor
- Ready with the bat
- To a lesser extent, Samit's bowling
On the minus side:
- Still didn't manage to blow a tail end away like other teams seem to manage to do to Notts
- Will Gidman bowled 24 overs for no reward and hasn't made a score yet with the bat.
- Vernon Philander failed to do what might have been expected of him on this occasion; which might be a little harsh on such a flat track.
