The first of the season's friendlies featuring Notts will be starting at Trent Bridge tomorrow with a three day game against Cardiff UCCE formerly MCCU.
Pravda tells us that only the pavilion and Hound Road seating will be open to spectate from and entry to all is free. Refreshments will be available from the pavilion bar.
One of the irritating things ECB did was to stop these matches being First Class. It was a great opportunity to give youngsters meaningful first team experience. Think it was about 12 years ago we nearly lost to Loughborough then MCCU, at Trent Bridge.
