Them figures should be sack for management
ReplyDeleteWas it stats/win% wise our worst ever T20 trophy/Blast season ? Think was competing with 2005 ? If so we then had big compensation of being County Champions.
ReplyDeleteThose stats are quite frankly appalling. Major surgery is required before next season.
ReplyDelete81 NOT OUT
ReplyDeleteNIGHTMARE FIGURES FOR MANY NOTTS BLAST PLAYERS
14 matches and only 5 scores of 50 or more .
I have no idea how much Notts are paying Alex Hales this year but each of his 138 runs have possibly cost the Club £400/£500 ? ( per run !)
Others on the list should be embarrassed when they collect their wage packets!
It’s the worst set of figures for a limited overs comp I think I have ever seen .
Nearly everyone has failed .
WHY .?
Time to move on from Hales
DeleteVery hard to know where to start with those figures. But two lowlights are our overseas player being probably the worst we have ever had, and how many people played pretty much every game while having an average below 17. Having watched all the home games I thought the bowling had been better but based on the average runs per over conceded, on average over 20 overs they would have been getting around 175, which is ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteAnd for 20/20 the run rate for Hales, Montgomery, Haynes, Young, James Martindale and Moores is really poor.
Overall probbaly the worst season in our history but will anyone take responsibility ???
81 NOT OUT
ReplyDeleteI confidently predict Peter Moores and Mick Newall resign by the end of the week !.
( AND THEN I WOKE UP ! )
