Just my opinions:

Not enough runs scored, may be..

Certainly over all, runs not scored quickly enough, look at the scoring rates. Apart from LPW , no regular player exceeded scoring at a run a ball by any meaningful amount.

Hameed and Slater scored "heavily" according to the official Pravda line with 345 and 398 runs respectively. As a comparison, before the semi-finals, two players had scored over 400 runs in this year's competition, Jake Libby (414 @ 86.63) and Sol Budinger (405@ 99.75). What do those two have in common?

Extras: 91 against v 46 for, that's a 5-6 runs deficit every game. Is that down to our wayward bowling, more disciplined opposition bowling, or perhaps something else...

Definitely not enough wickets taken. [perhaps if the skipper had held more of the catches that had gone his way] Surplus to Moores' requirements, Fateh Singh took 15 @20.27 for a comparison.

ARPOs weren't bad apart from Lyndon who took a walloping at Leicester in the first game and was held back / protected in most of the games that followed.

A good first dip [in the water] for Lord - have the club acted to make the signature more prolonged or don't the coaching staff rate him enough (or perhaps Lord doesn't rate them)?

They are taking their time and considering that his top speed is a rare commodity, he will get his offers from elsewhere if the Moores'/Newell team drag their feet for much longer. Have they literally taken their eye off the ball again?
