Membership Matters: Memberships 2027

29/05

WE WANT YOUR MONEY NOW!

THREE TIER Memberships with multiple packages
Potentially TWO Price Hikes
Buy your membership twice in 2026 (2026 current and 2027)
More than likely, in 2027 you'll be able to buy your 2028 membership then, so the club want us to pay twice this year*

We can now confirm proposed membership plans for 2027, ahead of a year in which we'll host a Men's Ashes series and enjoy a first full summer in our redeveloped Pavilion.

Our membership offering for next year has been expanded, and has been informed by recent member surveys, feedback and research to ensure members and supporters can opt for a package fits their needs best.

Supporters will be able to choose from packages with a range of perks, including international and Trent Rockets tickets, reserved padded seating, inclusive dining and access to new premium spaces around the ground.

Memberships will remain the best-value in the county game, with our classic membership offering available to renewing members for £235.

We're inviting members to provide their thoughts on the 2027 membership proposal by 5pm on Thursday 4 June.

To share your feedback, please email questions@trentbridge.co.uk.

Memberships will then be placed on sale at 10am on Tuesday 9 June.

According to a supplied timeline:

In July fixtures for 2027 will be released (4 months earlier than previous years)

31st July there is a deadline to renew your membership at the "best price*".

The sales pitch:

Nottinghamshire members have been given the first opportunity to view the club's plans for 2027 membership and debenture products, ahead of a year which will see the return of the Men's Ashes to Trent Bridge and the first full summer in a redeveloped Pavilion.

With unprecedented demand expected for England's Test series against Australia next summer, 2027 memberships and debentures will be placed on sale on 9 June 2026, to allow members time to consider an expanded range of offerings and take advantage of first access to Ashes tickets.

Following successive years where membership prices have been frozen, Notts memberships are set to remain the best-value in the county game, with further details on pricing and benefits to be found to the foot of this page.

A classic 'Green Card' adult membership, including access to all scheduled men's and women's home domestic cricket, alongside priority access to internationals, will be priced at £235 for renewing members - £5 less expensive than a full 2025 membership at any of the other 17 First-Class Counties. New adult members will be able to secure a membership for £250, with advantageous pricing retained for juniors, under 21s, under 25s, seniors and couples.

A number of new membership and debenture offerings will provide a customised experience for supporters who wish to elevate their membership offering - with perks including guaranteed international or Trent Rockets tickets, reserved padded seats, inclusive dining and access to new facilities around the ground.

Debenture packages will offer a more premium membership experience across a four-year term.

Renewal prices will be available to 2026 members until 31 July, with all 2027 members to forever be known as 'Pavilion Founders', ahead of the unveiling of an extensive redevelopment of the venue's historic Pavilion offering class-leading facilities for players, support staff and members alike.

Members, and their guests, will have exclusive access to Ashes tickets until mid-August, from which point additional supporters will be invited to browse any remaining availability.

Fixture dates and pricing for 2027 internationals will be confirmed in July.

Members are invited to share their views on the proposed shape of the club's 2027 membership offering by emailing questions@trentbridge.co.uk by 5pm on Thursday 4 June, with any feedback taken into account before memberships are placed on sale on Tuesday 9 June.

KEVIN SAYS:

17/05

Dear all

Apologies that it has been a while since I emailed you.  I have attached some comments on the May Forum as the Club’s recent precis lacks a little detail on certain topics raised.

1/ Membership for 2027 is being brought forward presumably because 2027 is Ashes year, unless this is a permanent move.  I suspect we will all be fascinated to view the expanded range of membership options.  The price is bound to go up however the key issue will be – how much of an increase?   Liverpool fans forced their board to back down when the price hike was deemed too high.  As members are being told how valuable their input is, we would expect to be informed in advance what these options could be so that we can comment.

2/ Pavilion – progress is being made.  Seats are available for the June Test Match.

3/ Have the ECB asked Notts to change any governance aspects?

Yes - there are changes in the new County Partnership Agreement that the Club plans to bring forward to members. Whether there will be any debate with members around this key topic or whether there will be a fait accompli regarding decisions made remains to be seen.  It could be argued that Members’ input so far has been extremely limited if our input boils down to last year’s survey.

The Club have stated that it will factor in feedback from a range of parties – including members and supporters.  As a member, I see myself as more than just a supporter so I would hope our feedback has more weight.  We will see.

4/ Does the GC share the concern that the Hundred sale has widened inequality in county cricket and that something needs to be done to redress that in order to avoid the professional game shrinking to the seven host counties?

Yes. The chair referenced the 11 non-host counties meeting separately. He felt the ECB would address this issue in the financial distributions after the next TV deal. He felt host counties like Notts needed to accept a smaller share of that pie going forward.

I watched a fascinating conversation between Michael Vaughn and Lalit Modi - founder, first chairman and League Commissioner of the IPL.  Modi is convinced that the 100 and some of the International T20 franchises will not survive as the TV revenue will not be significant enough to satisfy the investors’ requirements.  He is not the first “expert” to say so.

5/ GC minutes on line

There is a method – a portal on the website, but so far no timescale.  This issue was raised at the AGM.  IT folk are not that slow – are they?

6/ Cricket issues

Questioned over the high number of draws, Mick Newell responded that pitches are being produced across the country this season taking on board the new ECB penalties for “poor” pitches.  What is a poor pitch?  Does a high score draw constitute a poor pitch?  Perhaps not such an issue now as the number of wins has increased.

Mick Newell recognised that a review of the number of points for a draw may be necessary as 8 appears to be too high.  However ECB has messed around with the points system ad nauseam and still can’t get it right so, as long as the champions win more matches than anyone else, leave alone?

Regarding the Notts T20 squad, the team’s younger players are all keen to play.  The contracted in players should provide plenty of beneficial experience as Notts are determined to make progress this year.

Any thoughts on any of these issues, please get in touch.

Kevin Lennox

NO ICE CREAM NOR THE GREEN PARTY - but this how the club saw the dysfunctional (mic and speakers) forum

Nottinghamshire hosted its first members’ forum of 2026 on the opening day of the county’s Rothesay County Championship clash with Surrey.

Over 100 members joined the discussion during the lunch interval, with Chair Andy Hunt, Chief Executive Richard Kenyon and Director of Cricket Mick Newell taking questions from those in attendance.

Members were given a brief update on the Pavilion development, with members who have already secured international tickets now able to request Pavilion seats for this summer’s England fixtures.

An update was also given on 2027 memberships, which will be placed on sale in the coming weeks to allow members more time to consider an expanded range of options before Trent Bridge’s 2027 Ashes Test is placed on sale.

Topics discussed during the forum included the revised club strategy, which will be shared in the coming weeks and will factor in feedback from a range of parties – including members and supporters.

Cricket-related queries focused on the club’s preparations for the white-ball summer, the implementation of the injury replacement rule, and the current awarding of eight points for a draw in the County Championship.

Questions also centred on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, with the club having been recognised as a leading organisation in relation to EDI by the ECB, and how Hundred host and non-host counties can be supported to ensure the health of the 18-county system.

“It was heartening to see so many members join us for the forum,” said Chief Executive Richard Kenyon.

“As with our listening events and the AGM, the passion our members have for our club is clear, and I really valued the opportunity to discuss such a wide range of topics with them.

“There are many exciting projects coming to fruition in the coming months – from a revised club strategy to continued progress on the Pavilion development – and we will continue to engage with our members as we set our course for the future.”

No mention either of the an expected huge price hike in Membership prices for 2027, which go on sale extra early as to add premature deadlines for Ashes' tickets, most likely. Keno promised more membership tiered categories, so perhaps to include the other team that gets the summer months at Trent Bridge in the top tiers.

Pravda:What no Peter Moores?

The first members’ forum of the 2026 season will take place at Trent Bridge on Friday 8 May – day one of the Rothesay County Championship fixture against Surrey.

Members will be able to put their questions to the panel – including Chair Andy Hunt, Chief Executive Richard Kenyon and Director of Cricket Mick Newell – during the lunch interval, which is scheduled to commence at 1pm.

With the Derek Randall Suite being used as a facility for members this summer, the Hadlee Hall, on the second floor of the Radcliffe Road Stand, will play host to the event.

There is no requirement to book, or submit questions, in advance.

Pravda:

We hope you have enjoyed the opening exchanges of the 2026 county season.

As England's return to Trent Bridge draws near, we are inviting 2026 Nottinghamshire members who have already secured international tickets to return to our refurbished Pavilion seating for this summer's Test and IT20.

The seating terrace in front of the historic Trent Bridge Pavilion, featuring padded seats and a prime view behind the bowler’s arm, will be the first element of the project to be completed as work continues at pace on the building and interiors.

While we will have to wait a little longer to open the doors to the Long Room, and to welcome players back into the Pavilion dressing rooms, we wanted to ensure members could return to the Pavilion terracing at the first opportunity.

Members with international tickets have an exclusive window in which to request their Pavilion seats, which closes at 5pm on Thursday 14 May.

Once we have allocated seats to these members, we will make any remaining seats available to 2026 Nottinghamshire members who had not previously secured international tickets.

This window will open at 10am on Monday 1 June.

If you are interested in securing any of the remaining Pavilion seats from that time, please register your interest below.

Donation Memberships initiative for the 2026 season

Leicestershire CCC Continues  it’s 2026 Donation Memberships Initiative to Support Local Communities

Leicestershire County Cricket Club is proud to continue its Donation Memberships initiative for the 2026 season, inviting local businesses and corporate partners to help make cricket more accessible to individuals and groups across Leicestershire.

Following the success of last year’s campaign, the initiative returns with the hope to gift memberships directly to charities, children’s homes, retirement homes, community groups, and those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience cricket at Uptonsteel Grace Road.

Through the scheme, organisations can purchase 2026 memberships that will be donated on their behalf to communities of their choosing. And for every 2026 Membership donated, Leicestershire CCC will match it with an additional membership, doubling the positive impact on those in need.

Leicestershire County Cricket Club’s Head of Commercial, Charlie Bannister said:

“This initiative allows businesses to make a huge difference in the lives of people across Leicestershire. A donated membership is more than just access to cricket it’s an invitation to be part of a community. We are proud to work with our partners to open the gates of our Club to those who benefit most”

Businesses wishing to participate will receive recognition for their support and will be kept updated on the community groups receiving the memberships they’ve contributed to.

How to Get Involved

Businesses and individuals interested in purchasing Donation Memberships for the 2026 season can contact the Club’s Ticketing and Hospitality Manager, Olivia Bryan:

2026 Nottinghamshire members are set to benefit from a record number of reciprocal agreements that will allow them to take in First-Class cricket at no extra charge.

With the only exception being when Notts are the visitors, valid Trent Bridge membership cards for 2026 will grant free entry to County Championship cricket at eight other counties.

The counties at which this offer can be utilised are Essex, Glamorgan, Hampshire, Lancashire (Emirates Old Trafford only), Leicestershire, Somerset, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire.

Members may wish to be aware that the Lancashire arrangement will not be available for those who live within 15 miles of Emirates Old Trafford.

It is therefore recommended that members looking to utilise this arrangement take proof of address with them to the venue.

How many rounds of County Championship matches do Notts have blank in 2026?

Is it just one during April?

So if you were a Notts supporter but wanted to take advantage of this "benefit" you would have to miss some Notts cricket* or take an excursion in April (starting 17th) to either Hampshire or Warwickshire. This so-called benefit does nothing to fill the void of cricket in the summer.

If you have to make a video on how to use your ticketing website, then I would suggest that the website might need a tweak or two... put your customers first!

Trent Bridge Ticketing video Sometimes technology isn't always people friendly.

It's a shame that they didn't make a video in 2021 with those social distancing ticket purchase rules - there were more flaws in the process than in the Burj Khalifa.

Help Shape the Future of Cricket

Northamptonshire have recently circulated this survey, as sponsored by the ECB.  The questions seem very familiar and "loaded", so are likely to have been the basis of the Trent Bridge flawed survey which gave some people the ammunition to suggest that The H*ndred is wholeheartedly welcomed by everyone, that members prefer to watch championship cricket in February and that Wednesday August 21st 2026 is the best day to stage the whole of a streamlined/reduced Metro Bank Cup competition. In other words they were able to bend the results to fit their agenda.

It has been suggested that we might fill in his survey with the knowledge of how members have been treated at Trent Bridge, answering accordingly...

We are dedicated to ensuring that the Memberships we offer at Northamptonshire County Cricket Club meet your expectations, are accessible and crucially enable us to grow and diversify over time.

We’re currently taking part in a gamewide review of the membership offering in England & Wales with the ECB, and want to ensure that everything we do aligns with our goal of growth whilst making cricket the most accessible sport in England & Wales. As such we need your help!

We would really appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete the short survey below. Your thoughts and opinions will help shape the future of our game and ensure we’re creating an experience that welcomes all fans.

All responses will be aggregated and so we will not be able to identify you from your answers unless you give us permission to contact you.

Pravda sent this out to members yesterday as they are looking to flog International tickets next month...

Nottinghamshire memberships for the 2026 season will go on sale on at 10am on Tuesday 26 August, with another splendid cricketing summer in store.

Prices for all membership types have been frozen for the second year in a row, with our memberships remaining one of the best value offerings in the land.

Those who secure membership for 2026 will also be able to enjoy first access to international tickets at our home, with tickets going on sale to 2026 members at 10am on Tuesday 2 September....

Less matches for the same price, much like the Mars Bar before the sugar tax, price held but the bar sizes decreased over the years. They even tried the Duo to fool folk, two mini bars in one packet. Some tried to wrap the product in batter and deep fry it...

Now with cricket, membership prices are "price frozen" but the underlining theme is that they are saying that we ought to be happy with a Milky Way instead of a chunk of our Mars Bar! As light and wispy as a Milky Way is, it is no substitute for a proper Mars Bar.

How many duoes will there be in the Blast fixtures 2026 - will you be duped?

    1. That's one answer anonymous, but that solves nothing more than saving a bob or two for the individual. Look at Lancashire, they've been
haemorrhaging members over a number of seasons, but their leadership don't appear to care about that. It only bites when executives are held to account for their decisions - that's why it's important that all Notts members participate in the current EGM votes. If you weren't a member anonymous, you wouldn't have a vote.

    2. You make good sense. As usual I might add.
But with no pavilion. Less games - which they voted for. It would have been a gesture to slightly reduce membership fees for next season.
The extra cash from the hundred would hardly be dented.

      Delete
    3. Arguably those running the club need to offer some good will to existing members - what price do you put on that anonymous? Is this an opportunity missed or are price hikes for on the day ticket purchasers on the cards for 2026 (again)?

      Delete
    4. With potentially 1 four Day game and a T20 gone for home revenue. Yes Match Day prices will possibly rise. Which will lower attendance specially at the T20. Those fans may then put that money into a trent Rockets ticket. Regarding membership reduction maybe the price of a T20 game for members renewing?

      Delete
    5. On the day tickets are sold to purchasers mainly from in or around NG2 (for T20) whereas TR tickets are bought in advance by folk that are largely not locals or even Midlanders (if we can even identify as that being a thing). A price reduction for renewing members would have been a goodwill gesture - an opportunity missed, as prices are now set.

I reckon 2026 Membership fees have been frozen for one main reason . It’s quite possible the “ new” pavilion will not be finished in time for the 2026 season . Does anyone know the projected finishing time scale -? Allowing for a mild winter and a following wind .
The one all important target for the remainder of this season is to try and win the County Championship . It looks a little unlikely but the weather may intervene . Come late September with fading light etc you just never know.

    1. Before the first sledge hammer was swung, Members were told that the project would take 15 months. Until only very recently, the meticulous taking down of the old had still been taking place. Where that 15 months starts may not have been at the beginning of the process back in February because I'd be astonished if it's even weather tight in eight months time, let alone completed, fitted out with all of those lord knows whats.

If the weather has gone into Autumn mode, then points in the bag become more important. Surrey have the advantage, winning games with the Kookaburra has swung it their way. We shouldn't be downhearted: 1/ when we beat Surrey at at he Oval, it'll all look different 2/at least we're not looking over our shoulder everytime another county registers a point.

Although we are not now part of the Blast and Metro Cup stages at least the season is not “ dead” . There is still everything to play for Championship wise . Notts are 7/1 to win the title and I think that’s well worth a £5 investment .
Ref the Pavilion development . It seems a far bigger project now than it seemed at the turn of the year . There seems to be an awful lot to do in the space of not many months. I wonder if the work carried out so far is on the planned timescale of the re build ?

Notts used to do this a good few years ago but I have not seen them offering life memberships recently . Are they still available. At 82 would it be worth me getting one . ? Might be a good deal for Notts but not for me ?

If that’s not the case then some areas of TB will be mighty congested .

  10. Perhaps we can ask the feeling of the committee regarding the England test team management and county cricket. We have had 4 matches in the championship and they are still dawdling on appointing a national selector. Hardly an illustration of how the ECB wants to engage the counties more I see Michael Vaughan has expressed the same thought today and although he’s sometimes a bit over the top, he has a point I think

FASCINATING to read and digest the newly proposed 2027+ Notts cricket membership rates . A lot of thought has gone into it .
Even with increased rates the annual Membership represents fantastic value . Look at the rates of other Counties ! Also Trent Bridge is one of the top grounds in the Country . Some would say second only to Lords!?
For us old uns , £6,000 for mega Membership takes some believing . It’s TWICE the price of the first BRAND NEW HOUSE I BOUGHT M.
Times they are a changin - they certainly are !

    1. Borrowing strategies from football and the Wimbledon Open (for example), except in cricket sometimes fixtures never materialise because of the weather - there are rarely any rearranged matches so-called perks are not guaranteed.

  12. Haven’t had time πŸ•°️ to properly digest this plethora of info - I’m too busy reading war and peace ATM
I think at 250 smackers the equivalent full membership still represents brilliant value for money πŸ’°- it was inevitable it had to increase
HBD does make a very valid point thought, not so long ago we had 3x Friday night t20s all wiped out if I recall correctly ? Even last season in that monster dry spell, the mighty Blaze πŸ”₯ had 2xt20s wiped out and a 50 over Metro decimated after just a few overs.

    1. Green Card still represents the best value in town, its just the coercion to buy early that stinks of desparation.
Others may feel that it's better for Notts to have your money, than to keep for yourself and spend it how and when you'd prefer to.
