Roger Marshall, first team scorer 2012, has alerted us all via DC's column on the Notts website that Nottinghamshire batsmen have currently scored 1499 centuries in first class cricket.
Who will score the 1500th ton for Notts?
Might it be James Taylor, who should be available for county action after limited activity at the test.
According the George Dobell, Bears will have Bell and Trott available too...........................
Notts have announced an extended squad for the Taunton jaunt:
Alex Hales, Riki Wessels, Michael Lumb, James Taylor, Adam Voges, Chris Read (C), Paul Franks, Steven Mullaney, Graeme Swann, Graeme White, Andre Adams, Ben Phillips, Andy Carter, Harry Gurney
and will decide on Tuesday morning what eleven to start the game, once the wicket has been scrutinised - there is every possibility it might be set-up for Somerset's latest import, Abdur Rehman.
