    What immediately springs to mind is.....

    Are we harsh on Libby? 4 centuries in 40 odd games is a comparable rate to the established batters...


    We are entitled to expect more from Wessels than he delivered this season. And from Mullaney with the ball


    Gurney and Fletcher remarkably similar. But perhaps we over-rate Samit (little more than 1 wicket per game - perhaps reflective of his earlier part time spinner role)


    No established batter > 40 average.....And perhaps we overrate Hales, as his record is not dissimilar to Wessels/Samit

  2. From what I've heard Wessels won't be our problem next season. What is worrying is that Nash is pretty much our spare batsmen and that's pretty scary.

    1. If Riki leaves, we're back to square one with little competition for places. Nash doesn't solve anything.
