That puma kit is before the latest matsuri range so it could have been his first season as overseas, is it DC?

Probably cos he's got a Santa hat on with a white beard!!!!! And the Grantham clue was a bit of a red, possibly more pinkish herring thrown in, but I believe he played for the seconds with a load of first teamers as practice for the blast

    2. Herring of a magenta hue.... Grantham was current and relevent, last week.

Yes he played the second of the T20 warm-ups at the bleak outpost, along with the rest ofthe first eleven - remember Ish Sodhi got a proper tonking.

DC did play a red ball game when the MN had screwed the Overseas-signing up a couple of years or so ago. The waiting game for the right overseas player(s) not paying off again!

Who is Notts overseas player for 2019? Again the waiting game is being played....

      Lessons not being learned?

Yes, Harry, the DoC is rightly (or wrongly) waiting for the IPL to finalise options. The draft is early this year, so perhaps that's a bonus for the counties still to confirm their overseas options. And then there's always the Patto dilemma thrown in. Do we ideally want a batsmen, but the devastating JP, if we could gamble on his fitness, may override this completely IF cricket Oz allow him to play in an Ashes year still?
