Just Short

In the final game in Dhaka, Lions lost the toss and with that probably the game. Nathan Buck was the pick of the Lions' bowler with 3/22 but in reply to Bangladesh A's 166/6 Lions suffered two very early loses, Roy 0 and Hales 1.
Just short!
Tom Maynard's 68 gave Lions just the hint of a sniff but with 43 from James Taylor and some bat throwing from Buttler, Briggs and Borthwick, the tourists fell 11 runs short.

In Chittagong, the U19s again lost to their Bangladeshi counterparts but this time by a closer margin, 19 runs. Off the Notts trio touring with the U19s, only Sam Wood again played, scoring 30 as opener and being pick of the England bowling with 10-1-34-3.
