Night and Day in Abu Dhabi

Questions have been thrown-up about Saeed 23.5 degrees Ajmal's availability to fulfill his 2012 contract with Worcestershire  - Pakistan have a proposed tour to Sri Lanka in the summer now, one would expect Ajmal to be part of that touring party. David Leatherdale says that he was aware of this tour before he signed Ajmal!


The second ODI - England won the toss and decided to bat.

England won by 20 runs


Pakistan fell to scoreboard pressure after Abdur Rehman got bogged-down by the quicks with a 12 ball 1 at a crucial point resulting in the loss of Misbah who should have closed the game down for the hosts.


After not winning a ODI in Asia since the time Noah opened the bowling for Mesopotamia, England have now won two on the bounce.
