Adams Returns

The D of C has announced that Andre Adams has recovered from his bout of man-flu and plays in the forthcoming fixture at New Road, Worcester which is due to start tomorrow.


It is was also stated that there was no intention to alter the personnel in the batting department despite the lack gaining a single batting point in the three matches so far, as “All of the batsmen that have feature since the start of the season have contributed at some stage but we’re aware that things need to improve in all aspects of our performances,” said Newell.

Scott Elstone top-scored with 45 as Nottinghamshire's Second Eleven slipped to a five wicket defeat against Durham at the Emirates ICG.
Elstone's knock was underpinned by Karl Turner (34) and Andrew Parkin-Coates (31) in a total of 221-8 from 40 overs but Durham cruised to a five wicket win with three overs to spare.
Graeme White took 2-25 accounting for Muchall and Pringle, both leg before.
