County Ins and Outs 2025

Neil Wagner has signed for Durham again, for the second half of the Championship season.

Corey Flintoff has signed a two year rookie deal with Kent.

Hampshire have signed Kiwi bowler, Brett Hampton for the first two months of the Championship season as a replacement for an injured Jack Edwards.

A lucky break there for Hampshire, as having a Jack Edwards and an Edward Jacks in the same squad would have left spectators and players alike, not knowing if they were coming or going.

    1. yes 5 seasons after they made a load of replica shirts with his name on for the 2020 season and then had to sell off cheap during 2021, 2022 and might recall them still on the shop's bargain rail in 2023. Mick Newell has become a Canadian Mountie, "he always gets his man"...

    1. We don't but Newell has gone record saying that he wants us to have stronger batting line-up right down to number 11. He still hasn't recruited an overseas bowler for the kookkaburra matches in June and July.
