County Ins and Outs 2025

19/08

Jonny Tattersall will join Leicestershire for next season on a three year deal

The Josh Davey move is also confirmed.

18/08

South African student Stuart van der Merwe, after trialling at several counties, has bagged a deal at Northamptonshire.

14/08

Essex have signed Irish International Curtis Campher for the rest of the MBC and youngster Daniel Gladwell for the rest of this month.

11/08

Mitch Killeen having rejected a new contract offer with Durham, has sign a 2 year deal with Essex.

08/08

Will Williams will join Gloucestershire in 2026 on a 3 year deal.

04/08

Jonny Tattersall will leave Yorkshire at the end of the season.

Hampshire have signed Durban born Scottish international all rounder Brandon McMullen for the MBC - puts him in the shop window for the other competition I suppose. Another player that would have boosted Outlaws' competition chances.

    1. yes 5 seasons after they made a load of replica shirts with his name on for the 2020 season and then had to sell off cheap during 2021, 2022 and might recall them still on the shop's bargain rail in 2023. Mick Newell has become a Canadian Mountie, "he always gets his man"...

    1. We don't but Newell has gone record saying that he wants us to have stronger batting line-up right down to number 11. He still hasn't recruited an overseas bowler for the kookkaburra matches in June and July.

  17. Matt the latest in a long line of talented youngsters Notts have nurtured, then let go to other counties. Will the 2 lads who made the runs to get us that incredible tie be released to elsewhere in a year or two ? No ? Witha heavy heart, I cannot say it won't happen.
