Another LV= match, another losing of the toss, another time Notts bat first and another occasion where Notts post an inadequate first innings score (probably). The only difference today has been, batsman have got in but have failed to convert that status into fifties or hundreds, however collectively the Green and Golds muddled their way to the first batting bonus point of 2012.
In truth, Notts' openers made what looked to be a reasonable start, at 69/0 before going off for rain. On resumption it all fell away, Notts all out for 243 from 88.1 overs.

Not always totally serious and by fans for the fans of Notts Outlaws and Nottinghamshire CCC. Why not contribute yourself; write a review, article, photographs, statistics or to have a whine. Contact methods are shown above. Publication does not necessarily mean agreement with comments, but if it makes just one person smile then it can't all be bad. No offence is ever intended, just a smile. Words are just opinions and not certified facts.
