Jake took until July to recover from an injury picked-up in Australia last winter. On his return to the Notts Seconds he scored consistently and heavily. In the last throws of the season, again, he was granted an opportunity in the first eleven. Jake still remains one to watch for the future and, should Alex Hales find himself an England opener, get more chances for Notts.
