v Leicestershire 50 over Friendly at Trent Bridge
Off the radar, unannounced and possibly behind closed doors, Notts had a 50 overs a side pre-season warm-up game against the Foxes.
The Foxes travelled with a squad of 13 but didn't include Adam Tillcock on this occasion, someone who has been turning in some creditable performances for them in pre-season. Have Notts released him, as he needs the opportunity to develop further as an all rounder and he's not getting a look-in at Trent Bridge?
In a game played under red-ball conditions, Notts batted first and lunched at 164/1 after 35 overs.
Notts ultimately made 238/2 from their 50 overs. In reply Leicester made 163/6 O'Brien 69* and Rob Taylor 64*. The wickets were shared equally between Jake Ball and Brett Hutton.
