Lots of work here and really interesting. Suggests he is a fifth bowler at best, doesn't it? One decent season in 2017 with the ball, but hardly the first or second change bowler that he was (using himself as) in 2018
ReplyDeleteHis batting suggests 800 runs in 14 matches should be the expectation.
Lot of respect for Mull, unlike some other members of the squad is 100percent Notts. Also, successfully turned himself into a pretty successful 4day opening batsman as that was, then, his only route into the first eleven. In FC can be effective if the ball is swinging, otherwise, yes, a change bowler but one who still can pick up a surprise wicket.Said the Captaincy had been harder than he had thought, mainly the off field issues so could this affect his county form? Top performer in the one day format, although DC seemed to have a reluctance to bowl him in T20 last season.
