Academy Fixture News


After last week's complete mis-match slaughter of a Nottingham City Cup XI, Notts Academy have a series of fixtures during May.


  • Sunday 5th May vs Lancashire at Notts Sports Ground (play from 12.00)
  • Sunday 12th May vs Worcestershire at Notts Sports Ground (12.00)
  • Tuesday 14th May vs Lancashire (away TBC)
  • Wednesday 15th May vs England Women at Notts Sports Ground (11.00)

June sees two further scheduled fixtures.

  • Tuesday 25th June vs Derbyshire at Denby CC (12.00)
  • Sunday 30th June vs Warwickshire at Notts Sports Ground (12.00)

But that is all of the scheduled fixtures at this time (according to the Notts website) for 2019

    Confirms that the Academy has almost disappeared - does it mean Notts are happy to 'poach' players from other Counties who have put in all the hard work with them?

    Can we also have a dedicated Second Team Page on this Site please? There seems to have been an un-advertised Limited Overs Match yesterday - I have emailed the Club re. this.

      You (or anyone else for that matter) write me a report of a days' play and I'll happily create a page for the 2nds. The 2s played same day as a match at Edgbaston, a SET match at York Sports Club Ground and are currently playing a 3 dayer at Harrogate.
