All games were rain effected and DLS was rolled out at every game that saw a result
Not always totally serious and by fans for the fans of Notts Outlaws and Nottinghamshire CCC. Why not contribute yourself; write a review, article, photographs, statistics or to have a whine. Contact methods are shown above. Publication does not necessarily mean agreement with comments, but if it makes just one person smile then it can't all be bad. No offence is ever intended, just a smile. Words are just opinions and not certified facts.
Full credit to anyone who attended a game yesterday with the more than slightly dodgy forecast. Hope to return next Saturday for more bat on vector. Noticed Broady is up to is usual tricks in an England test shirt again. Throughout the ages Test cricket has been a big step up from the county game, it's like he's now going down a level every time he plays. I'd like to know of another player who has such an outstanding Test record and yet such average stats for his county side. It's normally the complete opposite.(and I won't be hoodwinked by two outstanding bowling performances in 2010, that was 10 seasons ago now)
ReplyDeleteSay what you're thinking SJ. He doesn't try as hard as he might when playing at county level...
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely right, SJ, absolute nonsense Ken. You only have to see his commitment in the field. West Indies batting nowhere near as good as 1st Division batting lineups.
