The tale of two left arm quicks
The left arm variation of Harry Gurney has been added to the Nottinghamshire First team squad to face Somerset at Trent Bridge at the expense of Steven Mullaney, the game due to start tomorrow, weather permitting.
The wicket is said to be on the green side!
FOOTITT EXTENDS
Left-arm quick bowler Mark Footitt has extended his affiliation with the ovine County until the end of the 2013 season. The former Outlaw has so far taken 38 wickets in the Division 2 for his current employers in 13 matches.
Footitt's extension follows an similar extending of contract for by Nathan Buck at Grace Road, in Leicester's desperate attempt to halt the talent drain from the club.
