Luke Fletcher 6-1-9-1 (Joe Denly LBW) 

Post the Day 1 lunch, Fletcher was missing from the field, having picked-up an injury before lunch.

Reports later state that Fletch had a back spasm.

Day 2

Any prospect of an appearance with the bat was thwarted by bad light for Fletch

Day 3

Fletcher made 23,  LBW, reports saying he's suffering with those back spasms.

Day 4 

Fletcher's services weren't required again, Day 3 Surrey used just four bowlers in dismissing the home side for 204, then on Day 4 wrapping up victory by 3 wickets.

All in all, a proper foul-up of an idea sending Fletcher out on loan - backfiring badly.  The second loanee that has gone away to pick up an ailment, and it's only May.
