Some might say Greg Smith was signed after last season because of one innings, a ton against Outlaws at Grace Road in a losing cause.
Well that is more or less what Smith produced this season, a ton for Outlaws in a losing cause in the game at the Oval.
One positive however, the Second eleven won the SEC Trophy, in part due to his presence over the season. Supporters have to hope for more and better in the next season but Smith remains a firm candidate for a loan move again next season if not a permanent departure.
