DeleteThe tone of comments directed at AP are a direct result of the team's bowling performances over the past 21 games and a closer look at AP's cartel and how they have made negative improvement over the season. Additionally, the bowlers that have left TB/AP have made improvements ; look at Matt Milnes this season and then consider how Jake Ball has become so ineffectual under AP's charge this season.
Are we not right in wanting an end to jobs being handed out to Newell's old mates without interview?
As a former player, remaining anonymously and so uniquely placed to say, where should "the hate" be directed, in your opinion?
DeleteNo-one is saying that Mr Pick isn't a nice / good guy - I'm sure that he is. What we are extremely concerned about is that Notts can't bowl out the Opposition and that there has to be accountability somewhere within the Club for this awful run of losses and draws.
ReplyDeleteVery well said DG and Sir Philip, Picky spoke very well at a recent cricket lovers event BUT the proof of the pudding is always in the eating(for once no pun intended)and itd very hard to defend any of the coach's after the last two seasons in red ball cricket.Ant Botha is the best coach we currently have after PM himself and also a top bloke who goes out of his way to be personable with the Notts fans watching the stiffs down at the palatial bay.SOME of the coach's and players do not help themselves and this is why we are now regarded as a complete laughing stock with oppo supporters
