Should Notts step-up their ideas too?

No, we would see even less of the club we support playing at Trent Bridge than we do now. Don’t go encouraging them
ReplyDeleteThe reason for playing home games away from Trent Bridge is that there isn't enough strips on the square for all the elite matches to be played there. The Hundred now compounds that issue.
ReplyDeleteYes indeed. It’s a fair while ago, but within our memory that the second eleven played most of their games inside Trent Bridge too.
DeleteDont mention the Hundred. I did, but I think I got away with it.
ReplyDeleteLol. Thanks basil
DeleteDon't mention Azim Rafiq. I did but I think I got away with it.
ReplyDeleteTo ease pressure I think we should play more of our home matches at Derby. Last season they demonstrated they could handle such matches efficiently and competently.
ReplyDeleteI’ve already told u once, don’t laugh you’ll only encourage them
DeleteYes the facilities at Derby , Welbeck and Grantham are far superior to the run down Trent Bridge offerings. Yes , more " home" games played at "away" grounds !
ReplyDeleteTravel broadens the mind.
