Broad hopes

Stuart Broad hopes for some pace and bounce from the Trent Bridge wicket for the 2nd Test starting today, neither of which were on show when he last played there against Strauss' Middlesex - without any pace and bounce it could be a high scoring draw.

Notts travel to Hove today for the first day of their LV= game there against Sussex.

There has been no official team news from Notts!

Notts start the game from 3rd place in the league table, 7 points behind new leaders, Somerset!

England hit a Road Block

After four cheap wickets in the opening session 63/4, England hit the the usual road block, otherwise known as Shivnarine Chanderpaul.
