Foxes coach shake-up

Coaching role for Shreck




Charlie Shreck, former Trent Bridge folk hero, has now been appointed as Leicestershire's bowling development coach in addition to his player bowling duties. 

Two South Africans have also been added to the coaching staff at Grace Road; Nic Pothas (Academy) and Pierre de Bruyn (Seconds) with whole regime being overseen by Elite Performance Director Andrew McDonald and Elite Performance Coach, former Warwickshire keeper, Keith Piper. 

Shreck, whose career has seen some elongation for the Cornishman since his choice to drop to division two with Kent and then the Foxes, took nearly 300 first class wickets for Notts between 2003 and 2011.
