Taylor's cut as Christian goes short

• Dan Christian has been given the Outlaws' captain's role for the T20 Blast, the shortest format. 
• James Taylor has elected to stand-down from his position of captain in both white ball formats, citing likely International commitments and their clash with domestic fixtures. 
• Therefore Chris Read will now captain in both  of the remaining formats - Championship and 50 over cup.

The unacceptable failure last year in the T20 wasn't mentioned as a reason or though a promise to push Christian up the order was made earlier in the week, using his global experience of T20 cricket to better effect in 2016 than in 2015.
