Australia v Pakistan at the SCG



Yesterday I went along to the final day's play in the rain interrupted Test . The Aussies have been too strong for a disappointing Pakistan side and won comfortably in the end 3-0. Following the defeat to SA they have successfully introduced new players. Handscombe in particular has been a gem of a find. He bats very deeply in his crease and plays off the back foot so it will be interesting to see how bowlers deal with him. Warner has been his aggressive self with the bat and not with the mouth which is a relief whilst Smith has blossomed. However, big challenges lie ahead with India away and England here for an Ashes series.
