Basically we lost a front line red ball bowler this season in HG, who has figures similar to Fletcher, and didn’t replace him.
ReplyDeleteAlly that to the departure of Wood, the early release of Footitt, the impotence of Jake, the ineffectiveness of Broad, the failure to use any of the seconds until we were completely doomed............Cartel? Don’t be silly
Completely agree Jim G, Harold is our version of marmite down at the home of cricket, but he has been a very good signing for us(up untill now at least)
DeletePlease note that Harry will not be the Speaker at Thursday's (tomorrow) Cricket Lovers Society - instead it will be SAMIT PATEL in a Q & A Session format with Colin Slater. 7-30pm at Trent Bridge - all welcome.
ReplyDeleteAnother good bowling performance by Harry in the Caribbean - he has turned into a consistent T20 Bowler.

ReplyDeleteHarry has now been picked to play in the Abu Dhabi T10 Competition from 14-24 November 2019 - he will play for Team Abu Dhabi. He was also a winning member of the Barbados Tridents who recently triumphed in the CPL. White ball cricket is proving a good earner for him!
