Something quite markedly different here for Nottsview.
I have had a request from Mark Deverill, a Nottinghamian in exile, living in he says in "Newcastle", upon Tyne I presume but it could quite possibly be the one in Oz or under Lyme or one of the other ones that are here there and everywhere. Mark is a native of Bulwell.
Mark is hoping to reunite with his old mate Mark Murden, with whom he met originally through cricket at Trent Bridge between 1972 - 1976. They also went to cricket together away at Derbyshire and Leicestershire, as well as football at Derby.
DO YOU KNOW A MARK MURDEN?
He was back then from Clifton and an assistant golf pro at Wollaton Hall GC and the two Marks played golf together as well at various courses. Mark Murden would be in his mid-60s now and Mark Deverill would love to get back in touch.
