Nathan Sowter has made the switch from Durham to Surrey on a white ball deal.

Leus du Plooy has deregistered himself as a domestic player, to pursue an International cap with South Africa, effectively resigning from Middlesex at the end of the season.

To the surprise of only the club's DoC apparently, Notts have announced the signing of Kiwi wicketkeeper Mitchell Hay for the end of the season.

Fellow Kiwi Danru Ferns has signed for Middlesex's last three games also.

Leicestershire have confirmed that Liam Trevaskis will be released at the end of the season.
