Nottinghamshire Champions of the Second Eleven Championship 2015
Not always totally serious and by fans for the fans of Notts Outlaws and Nottinghamshire CCC. Why not contribute yourself; write a review, article, photographs, statistics or to have a whine. Contact methods are shown above. Publication does not necessarily mean agreement with comments, but if it makes just one person smile then it can't all be bad. No offence is ever intended, just a smile. Words are just opinions and not certified facts.
Interesting.
ReplyDeleteMany of the players on both sides have gone onto first team cricket.
I always feel so sorry for those that are almost there, within a finger tip sometimes of making the next step up but don’t quite just make it. There were genuine hopes I think for some of the Notts team that didn’t make the next rung on the ladder. Your question remains, where are they now? Foxy
I think Ben Kitt is playing in the NPL as is Adam Tillcock , Fletch has risen to the heights with Trent Rockets, along with Matt Carter and Tom Moores, Will Gidman is coaching at Durham whilst Franksie in coaching with Trent Rockets, Tom Keast is playing for Lincolnshire and Anuj Dal and Billy Root are with different "minor" counties. Don't know what Andy Carter and Sam Wood are up to.
ReplyDeleteSam Wood currently plays for Kimberly Institute in Notts Premier League. Andy Carter was playing for Bracebridge Health in the Lincs Premier League in 2021
DeleteBen Kitt is at Attenborough, Adam Tillcock is at Cavs, Sam Wood is at Kimberley Inst, Tom Keast is at Cleethorpes in Lincs Prem, Andy Carter bowled 18 overs for Bracebridge Heath this year whilst his brother Matt has been playing for Woodhall Spa when he's not being kept busy by Notts and Trent Cuckoos
