A HARD ACT TO FOLLOW

Why Pravda haven't been all over this I don't know, but Stuart Broad's squad number eight hasn't been retired. Number 8 is now the new squad number for Lyndon James as this photo passed on to me reveals. [it appears I beat Pravda by 10 minutes]

Paul Franks, Stuart Broad and now Lyndon James all #8 for Nottinghamshire CCC. Congratulations to Lyndon and if your career continues in the same tragectory started by the previous incumbents of the number 8 you will have a long stellar career with Notts and England. Work hard and winter well.
