Joe really getting into gear now as a Notts player
ReplyDeleteConvinced he will play Test Cricket and ODIs etc as well
The 4 big signings towards end of 2018 have struggled initially, but all are good players, potentially very good
Do hope to see a couple or so youngsters get in there. But convinced that will happen and of course Matt Carter did great things in the Blast, and he is still a young man
There are 2 or 3 who will J think push their claims in 2021
Yes, Rich, by common consensus we signed the best young player in the country. Lost his way in 2019 through a series of well documented incidents so not surprising lost confidence. Showed last season why he really should(and would) now be playing international cricket if things had gone different for him. Unlike Baz(Hales) who seems to be have been completely frozen out by The Dubliner, suspect Joe just needs to bide his time and keep producing the goods for us and then his chance at Test and One Day level will surely come for him.
