  1. Who votes for these awards? No complaints particularly but just out of interest. No-one has ever asked me and so it’s not a members’ choice. Hutton is of course player of the season in case anyone is interested in a member’s view.

HUTTON IS THE NEW FLETCHER .
Bowls his heart out match after match .Without him and Paterson we would be back in Div 2 again .
Let’s hope Patto can be coaxed back for another season. Bowlers who get 50 wickets on a regular basis are like gold dust .
Thank goodness Hutton returned to play for NOTTS . Can hit the ball hard as well . No mug with the bat and has played several important knocks for NOTTS this year.
Stay keen and fit Brett - same again next year please.
Hope his efforts have been recognised by the Renumeration Committee!?

  5. Along list of contracts are up next year; a perfect time for a reset at the club. Top of the list Peter Moores. Players in that list: Fletcher, Hayes, Hutton, Loten, Moores (T), Mullaney, Paterson, Pettman and Schadendorf.
